Instructions
- Sauté steak, onions, peppers, and garlic until tender; season.
- Mix with cheddar and cream cheese.
- Fill and roll egg roll wrappers, sealing edges with water.
- Fry at 350°F until golden brown.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
