Instructions
- Marinate: Coat chicken in marinade; refrigerate for 30 mins (or overnight).
- Grill: Cook on medium-high heat for 6–7 mins per side until 165°F.
- Prepare Mayo: Mix all mayo ingredients until smooth.
- Assemble: Spread mayo on buns, layer chicken and toppings, and serve.
