Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix kefir, sugar, oil, and eggs in a bowl until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Substitute kefir with buttermilk or yogurt if needed.
Add mix-ins like chocolate chips, berries, or lemon zest for extra flavor.
