- ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar

- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- Optional: ½ tsp Chili flakes
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- Optional: ½ tsp Cayenne pepper (for heat)
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and optional chili flakes in a bowl for the marinade.
- Marinate ribs in the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Mix seasoning ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Pat ribs dry and apply the seasoning generously on both sides.
- Grill, oven-bake, or slow cook the ribs (grill for 2–2.5 hours, oven at 300°F for 2.5–3 hours, or slow cook for 6–8 hours on low).
- Glaze during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Let the ribs rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
