  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Optional: ½ tsp Chili flakes
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Optional: ½ tsp Cayenne pepper (for heat)

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and optional chili flakes in a bowl for the marinade.
  2. Marinate ribs in the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Mix seasoning ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Pat ribs dry and apply the seasoning generously on both sides.
  5. Grill, oven-bake, or slow cook the ribs (grill for 2–2.5 hours, oven at 300°F for 2.5–3 hours, or slow cook for 6–8 hours on low).
  6. Glaze during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  7. Let the ribs rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
